During Beta
The Service is currently in public beta:

- No API keys or authentication required
- No guaranteed uptime or SLA
- Features may change without notice
Future Terms
After beta, we may introduce:
- Authentication requirements
- Rate limiting
- Paid tiers for high-volume usage
- Service level agreements
We’ll provide advance notice of significant changes.
Intellectual Property
- The RobotDomainSearch name, logo, and documentation are our property
- You retain ownership of applications you build using our API
- Domain availability data is provided for informational purposes only
Limitations
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee:
- Accuracy of availability data
- Continuous, uninterrupted access
- That the Service will meet your requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Domain availability information is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that domains shown as available can actually be registered. Actual availability may vary, and domain registration is subject to registrar policies.
